He answered our questions and made some very good suggestions.Alex came to take the measurements and he too was very personable and helpful. Ariel did a fabulous job on the installation. The finished unit looked exactly like the one in the showroom. If you're interested in buying a Murphy bed, you can't go wrong with this company. They're fabulous! PS -The mattress is awesome, friends couldn't believe it was a "Murphy Bed".
